Registered Public Charitable Trust

Saga Foundation Trust was constituted by a Trust Deed executed at Bhubaneswar on 3 September 2026 and is registered under the Indian Charitable & Religious Trust Act, 1920. Its area of operation is the whole of India and abroad.
Management vests in the Board of Trustees with the Settler at its apex. The funds of the Trust are audited every year by a qualified auditor and the statement of affairs is placed before the Board at its annual general meeting; the financial year runs from 1 April to 31 March.
The Trust is irrevocable and perpetual. Should it ever be dissolved, its assets vest in a trust or voluntary organisation with similar objects.
