Registered under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act, 1961 — donations to the Trust are eligible for tax deduction.
Saga Foundation Trust is registered under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act, 1961. Donors who contribute to the Trust can claim a deduction on their donation, subject to the conditions of the Act.
A receipt quoting the Trust's 80G registration is issued for every eligible donation.
